Excel (proficient or better)
Apple Mail
Calculator
Quicken and/or Quickbooks. Quicken is the main checking program, but knowledge of Quickbooks will be helpful for payroll

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
MUST be proficient in Excel (setting up job costing spreadsheets and data entry)
MUST be proficient in QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of Word
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Construction experience preferred but not required
Part-time
Pay = $22/hr
