Supervisor

Team Leader Press Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:50PM-11PM, Monday-Friday

Job Purpose:

• To Produce quality products that meet our customer's expectations in an efficient manner.

• To follow all ISO related procedures, personnel policies and work in a safe and clean manner.

• Processing of thermal plastics

• Must be able to work with fiberglass.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate counts and record keeping

• Follows and understands ISO procedures

• Is punctual on shift start and breaks

• Is properly trained to perform tasks.

• Trains new associates

• Keeps a clean work environment

• Follows all safe work practices.

• Strives to meet rate.

• Works well with other associates.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 10-50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Experience:

• Plastics injection molding: 1 year (Required)

• Thermal Set: 1 year (Preferred)

• Manufacturing Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
