QuickStaff Erie has partnered with a long time Erie area manufacturer in their search for a Compliance and Quality Assurance team member. This team member will assure the highest quality of operations and services aiming to long-term success of the company.
The responsibilities of the Compliance and Quality Assurance position include but not limited to;

Review and analyze procedures and report quality issues.

Supervise all operations that affect the quality.

Support and guide inspectors, technicians, and other staff
-
Verify the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.

Document all malfunctions and report them to production executives.
-
Find proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
-
Oversee the usage of standards and policies.
-
Manage records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
-
Manage and enforce compliance with all legal standards (ISO, etc.)
-
Interact with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.

The EHS employee drives the environmental health and safety programs for the company.
To be considered:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Assurance and compliance

Bachelor's Degree

Able to take and pass all pre-hire screening - past employment, professional reference, drug screen and background checks.
