Quality Assurance Inspector HIRING NOW!

Starting pay: 17 to 22 hourly.
Hours: 6AM to 3:30PM 1st Shift

• Perform audit work activities, verify conformance of activities to quality control standards.

• Perform inspections.

• Utilize mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges micrometers and calipers.

• Ability to use CMM.

• Read/ interpret customer prints, drawings and specifications.

• Process tags, rework tags and nonconforming material documents.

• Set gages for operators.

• Prep quality sheets and CMM programs.

Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge in QS and ISO standards .

• CMM knowledge .

• Blueprint reading preferred.

• Knowledge and understanding of GD&T .

• Understanding SAE ASME, ANSI, AMS, ASTM, FED-STD, MIL preferred. 

• MS programs required.

• Basic blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, metrology, calibration and aided drafting and design.

• Lift up to 40 lbs.
