Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $15
- Flexible Schedule: Full-time and Part-time positions available. Shift options include 8A-5P, 9A-6P, 10A-7P or customized part-time hours.

Your Role: As a Financial Recovery Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, engaging with consumers to manage their account recovery effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing account information, processing payments, and establishing payment plans.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls using our advanced dialer system.
- Responding promptly to consumer inquiries and collaborating with team members to resolve concerns.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Preferred background in sales, customer service, or call center environments. Collection experience is a plus.
- Character: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, you are known for your resilience and ability to handle challenging interactions with professionalism.
