Restoration Technician Supervisor $19+

Position: Restoration Supervisor
Location: Sparta, WI
Schedule: 4-day work week – Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm, on-call one week a month once hired on
Compensation: $19-22/hour (based on experience)

Job Description and Responsibilities:
 As a Restoration Supervisor, you will:

• Manage jobs per client's processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Respond to service calls and establish efficient job flow.
• Coordinate requirements and complete documentation.
• Supervise production, ensuring safety compliance.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Address customer needs and concerns.
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians.
• Resolve problems and manage job documentation.
• Control production costs and manage assets.
• Conduct sales and marketing activities.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
 We seek someone who:

• Thrives in challenging situations and enjoys working with people.
• Has excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• Is highly dependable and self-motivated.
• Ideally has cleaning/restoration experience.
• Holds a high school diploma/GED.
• IICRC certifications are preferred but not required.
• Can travel locally or out of state.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Handling and management of chemical substances in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform tasks involving walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing.
• Work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces.
• Engage in repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
