3rd Shift Sanitation Worker - Overnight Shift

Position Details:

• Shift: Overnight/3rd Shift
• Days: 10pm-6am Monday-Friday
• Wage: 20/hr
• Location: Viola, WI

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the Master Sanitation Schedule, completing all tasks and ensuring they are initialed.
• Operate and maintain production line cleaning systems, including mechanical dishwashers and manual equipment washing.
• Conduct daily chemical titrations to ensure adherence to specified concentrations and document results accurately.
• Use PPE as required to maintain a safe work environment.
• Execute daily ATP and Allergiene swab tests, rewash and retest if necessary.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitizing of the breakroom, warehouse, and office areas.
• Step in for other Sanitation staff and the Sanitation Lead as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and solution preparation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to frequently lift/carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift (up to) 80 pounds with assistance.
