Food Production Overview: Referral Staffing Solutions is partnered with a food processing facility looking for general factory workers to perform the necessary duties and operate the equipment as required in a safe, sanitary, and productive manner to produce quality products. You must be able to stand throughout your shift and physically be able to lift 55 pounds on a continuous basis.
