The Position:
Our client is seeking a dependable and driven General & Installation Laborer to join their crew full-time. This isn’t your average labor job—it’s a unique blend of production work and custom stone installation that will keep your days moving and your skills growing.
Pay & Schedule:
You’ll start at $17 to $19 per hour, based on your experience and background. Work a solid Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule—and enjoy long weekends every week! That’s right—three-day weekends, all year long.
What You'll Be Doing:
From handling raw materials to the precise final installation of beautiful stone products, your role will involve:
Loading and transporting materials safely
Accurately measuring, placing, and installing custom-cut stone pieces
Filling seams and applying sealants to ensure a clean, lasting finish
Keeping tools and equipment in top shape, and your workspace clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification is a plus—but if you don’t have it, training will be provided
Experience in installation, construction, or production work (especially stone or heavy materials) is highly desirable
Ability to lift up to 125 lbs and perform physically demanding work with attention to detail
A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
