Let’s Talk Schedule & Pay:
You’ll work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with weekends off. Pay starts at $21.00/hour, with weekly paychecks and opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do As a CNC Machine Operator:
You’ll operate CNC machines, inspect and measure parts, and adjust tooling to keep things running smoothly. From setting up mills and lathes to working with buffing robots and deburring tools, your hands-on skills will shine. You’ll work alongside a talented team—and with time, experience, and dedication, you can advance into higher-level responsibilities, including training others, performing complex setups, and running crossbow part production.
