Here’s what you can expect:
You’ll work a consistent 1st shift schedule—Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM—with weekly pay starting at $18.00/hour. In this production role, you’ll be inspecting, labeling, and assembling high-quality bows, tuning and adjusting each to perfection. Think of it as craftsmanship in motion—where your machine operator skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay active on your feet are essential.
Each bow may require pulling up to 75 lbs of draw weight, so being comfortable with physical work is key. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure every product meets the highest standards.
