Our client—a global leader in precision sealing technologies—is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead its overnight crew at their Necedah, WI facility. As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading a tight-knit team of seven employees during the 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM shift, Monday through Friday. You’ll guide production efforts, ensure safety standards are met, and help maintain the high-quality output the company is known for worldwide.
Compensation & Schedule:
This is a full-time, salaried position paying $70,000 annually, with a stable third shift schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM. Enjoy predictable hours, structured processes, and a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do as a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor:
You’ll lead your shift by example, supporting safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor ensures adherence to 5S practices, facilitates employee training, escalates tooling or equipment issues when needed, and keeps the team aligned with production KPIs. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining compliance with IATF 16949:2016 standards and play a key role in the daily success of the manufacturing process.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Lean Green Belt Certification (or obtained within 2 years)
Proficiency with MS Office, measurement tools, and blueprint reading
Comfortable in a business casual setting with safety-toed footwear recommended
