Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $16.50
- Work Hours: Enjoy a full-time schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, giving you a three-day weekend to relax and recharge!

Your Role as a Production Worker:
- Engage in detailed finishing tasks such as dipping, airbrushing corrections, powder coating, and wet painting.
- Perform routine maintenance and end-of-shift cleaning on all machines.
- Load and unload products, consistently handling weights up to 50 pounds.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all parts meet Mathews' stringent quality standards.

- A reliable Production Worker with a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
