Production Team Member - Details:
- Shift: 3rd Shift: 11 PM – 7 AM
- Days: Sun-Thurs (3rd shift)
- Wage: $18.00/hr + $1 shift differential between 6 PM - 6 AM
- Location: Cashton, WI 54619
Duties:
- Execute SOPs for proper product conversion.
- Operate equipment with precision and attention to detail.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Regulations.
- Set up equipment on production lines.
- Uphold quality standards for exceptional customer products.
- Pack products, palletize, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Document all necessary information accurately.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas as required.
- Assist with general plant cleaning as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Safely handle required sanitation chemicals.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Capability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to stand for long periods during the shift.
- Occasional bending, twisting/turning, and reaching above shoulders as needed.
