Rely Workforce Group is seeking Logistics Clerk to support our Supply Chain and Logistics Team. We’re looking for a results-based professional who will thrive in a fast paced, connected environment. The Logistics Clerk is required to support all key reporting, inquiry and data management functions. Success in this position requires strict adherence to all quality standard operating procedures and packaging standards to minimize deviations. The ideal candidate will be someone with receiving or logistics coordination experience who is detailed oriented and willing to work as a team to get the job done.

 

This role will be responsible for Logistics audit logs and reporting and supporting overall receiving and shipping procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with defined timelines, following standard procedures and detailed oriented work on a daily basis.

 

Here’s what you’ll be accountable for:

Logistics Logs, Audit-trail and Deviation Reporting:

• Accurate and timely inbound (receiving) reporting and filing

• Accurate and timely outbound (shipping) reporting and filing

• Quality Hold and Quarantine reporting and filing to ensure proper resolution

• Quarterly Insurance Reporting

• Support review and analysis of Deviations to help support ongoing enhancements and reduce errors

You should meet the following criteria to apply:

Required

List the minimum requirements that an applicant needs to possess to get selected and perform this role.

• High School Graduate level minimum

• Preference to have 1-2 years of shipping and logistics experience

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for more than an hour at a time

• Experience following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Local to Charlotte and able to work in the office daily
