Job description
Our local manufacturing client is seeking two Assembly Technicians to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components or products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Assemble components or products according to blueprints, diagrams and written instructions.

Inspect parts for defects or damage before assembly.

Use hand tools, power tools and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.

Ensure that assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Identify and report any issues or problems with equipment or materials.
Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and written instructions.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Basic math skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
This is a Temp-To-Hire role. Pay is $18-20/hour. Excellent benefits.
