Trim Saw Operator, run secondary machines. Backup on the 3k or Single station
Responsibilities:
Operate machine(s) throughout the plant. Material handling (operate PIT), Pack parts, Read blueprints and learn to inspect parts using required inspection tools.
Training to run and maintain multiple machines throughout the plant. Material handling (operate PIT), Must be able to lift parts up to 35 pounds
Learn to read and follow job travelers (work instructions). Read blue prints and learn to inspect parts using required inspection tools; with supervision.
Requirements:
Some pieces of equipment are specific to Hydro Tube. Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment required. For Single Station machine: have some welding knowledge and / or experience with the ability to determine what a good weld looks like. Inspection tools used: micrometers/calipers
Must be able to read tape measure. Computer knowledge, desired.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience, must be in a Manufacturing capacity.
