How do you feel about working outdoors? Do you have prior Construction experience and a solid work history? SEEK is currently hiring for Installers and Construction Laborers for direct hire roles in the Chippewa Valley.

POSITION – Installer | Construction General Labor

JOB LOCATION – Chippewa Valley, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Days (Mon-Fri, 6:30am until dark)

STARTING PAY – $15-20/hour DOE

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior Construction experience required. Bonus if you have window, door, gutter, or siding experience! Valid Driver's License required.

In this role you will be working for a well-known, established construction company in the Chippewa Valley. The hours are long in the summer, but you typically do not have to worry about any lay off in the winter, just shorter work days. While working as an Installer you may be doing doors, windows, gutters, siding, and more!

 Responsibilities:

• Window and Door installation

• Siding installation and repair

• Gutter installation and repair

• Travel to and from the ever-changing work sites

• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

•Prior construction experience

•Be able to handle the physical aspects of working in construction; lifting, climbing, carrying, ladders, working with heights

•Professional attitude and customer service

•Have own tools or be willing to purchase

•Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and follow all established safety rules and guidelines

•Excellent attendance and proven reliability
