POSITION – Tig Welder
JOB LOCATION – Randolph, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $15-$19

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
Welds various metal and galvanized steel and carbon steel components by:
- Positioning and clamping together components of fabricated metal products before welding
- Welding parts together to fabricate or repair playground equipment, machine parts or plant equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure quality product
- Performing thermal cutting and grinding and other activities requiring the use of pneumatic hand tools.
- Repairing broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts by standard welding practices.
- Identifying any non-conformity to print specifications through required inspection procedures.
- Will need to complete and pass our onsite weld test
Requirements, Education and/or Experience:
- Specific experience with wire welding preferred
- Able to read blueprints & schematics
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic to Intermediate Math Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Strong attention to detail and team player
