POSITION – Carpenter/ Window Installer
JOB LOCATION – Beaver Dam, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st
STARTING PAY – $15-$25 based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Primary
- Removal and installation of both pocket and new construction windows.
- Removal and installation of exterior and interior doors.
- Construction of decks
- Construction of 3 and 4 season rooms.
Secondary
- Repair windows and doors
- Bending and wrapping windows and doors in aluminum
- Working off ladders or scaffolding
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years installing windows and/or doors.
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry.
- Communication skills
Compensation:
- Health insurance, dental, retirement, personal days, vacation days, etc.
- Hourly pay, based on experience and will be increased at 90 days based on performance and proven experience
- Annual pay increases
