POSITION – Truss Assembly
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Long-term, Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:00am-3:30pm M-F), 2nd Shift (4:00pm-2:30am, M-F) Saturday Optional 6am-noon.
STARTING PAY – $15.05-$18.55/hour
*Weekend shift bonus- additional $2.50/hour for any shifts started on Saturday or Sunday.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – None. Warehouse experience preferred but not required. Prior forklift operation experience a bonus.
While working in the Truss Plant, you will help to assemble and press trusses. You will identify the product by size, type, and color. You may be using hand tools and frequent use of an air nail gun is common.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling trusses using a diagram
- Identifying product based on size, type, and color
- Attention to detail
- Use of basic hand tools
- Be able to perform work physical in nature
Qualifications:
- Consistently lifting and moving 50 lbs.
- Team lifting items over 50 lbs.
- Great attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to handle physical demands of the position
- Good reading and communication skills
