Are you a night owl? Do you have prior order picking experience or basic warehouse experience? SEEK Careers/Staffing is currently hiring for multiple Order Pickers for work in Eau Claire on an overnight shift.
POSITION – Order Picker
JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Short-Term
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Night Shift (7:30pm until done, Sun-Thurs) *OT will be required and it is common to work 12 hours per day or even more.
STARTING PAY – $20.00 per hour ($21/hour if you have perfect attendance)

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills necessary
Employees will be working with voice pick system and working a couple different areas. You could be working a line with totes and rollers and pulling smaller product off shelf/boxes and placing in corresponding totes in accordance with client needs. Another area, you will be pulling product from boxes on pallet and placing in totes on carts and staging for delivering. Employees will work until all product is pulled an loaded on truck. The shift end times will vary dependent on completion time of pulling product.
Responsibilities
- Work with a voice pick system
- Attention to products, items, and details
- Work in a fast paced setting
- Processes customer orders and packages for shipping.
- Keeps work area clean at all times
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of prior manufacturing experience, preference given to those with industrial painting skills
- Basic computer skills necessary
- Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, reaching
- Must be able to frequently lift, bend, move, carry, and pack products.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
