Position - Large Lathe Machinist
Job Location - Appleton, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Direct HIre
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours - 3pm-3am 3:00 pm – 3:00 am Monday thru Wednesday and 3:00 pm – 12:00 am Thursday.
Starting Pay - $60,000+ a year
Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education - HSED or equivalent
Required Experience - 2 Years' experience in a similar role
Lathe Machinist will be running parts, programming, and checking for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
-
Machines complex parts to blueprint.
-
Determine most efficient and proper method to machine part to blueprint.
-
Program complex level parts.
-
Problem solves how to machine different parts.
-
Follow 6S procedures.
-
Follow all safety procedures and protocol.
-
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
-
At least 2 years of machining experience in a job shop environment required
-
Strong problem solving required
-
Strong prioritization required
-
Strong communication required
-
Self-sufficient required
