Position – Team Lead
Job Location – Green Bay, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to Hire
Employment Type – Full Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift – Sunday – Thursday (OT on Friday)
Starting Pay – $23/hour + shift differential
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 1(+) year
Background Profile:

Coach/Train employees a crew of 6-8
-
Distribute job tasks
-
Monitor production to ensure deadlines are met

Operate various machines/forklifts
-
Sanitize equipment
-
Complete daily paperwork
-
Ability to lead by example
-
Possess excellent communication skills
-
Possess positive attitude
-
Prior leadership experience within the food industry desired

Possess understanding of GMP codes
