Role Overview: As a Wet Spray Painter, you will expertly mix paints, adjust spray guns, and finish a wide range of large and small parts. You’ll apply coatings using HVLP or electrostatic equipment, ensure quality standards, and inspect finished parts for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply wet spray coatings to a variety of parts using HVLP, electrostatic, and power equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues related to coatings, equipment, and presentation

• Inspect and package parts, ensuring defect-free craftsmanship

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 2 years of wet spray painting experience

• Proficiency with Mil thickness testing using wet and dry mill gauges
