Job Title: Small Parts Assembler

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin

Pay: Sixteen dollars per hour during the temporary to hire period

Shift: First shift, full time, Monday through Friday

Job Duties:

• Assemble small parts using screws, springs, and other components

• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively

• Read and follow written assembly instructions and blueprints

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards

• Prepare completed products for shipping with proper documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Work in a fast paced, team environment

Requirements:

• Ability to use hand tools

• Ability to read and use a ruler or tape measure accurately

• Comfortable working with small parts

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift up to twenty five pounds occasionally

• Ability to stand for most of the shift

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior assembly experience is a plus but not required
