Position – Production Worker / Machine Operator
Job Location – Amery, WI
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Shift – 12-hour rotating shifts (work only 15 days a month)
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Starting Pay – $17.00 – $20.40 per hour
Required Education – High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience – Entry-level acceptable; manufacturing or clean-room experience preferred

 

In this role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and package medical components while maintaining compliance with strict quality and safety standards. Attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to teamwork are key to success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and package parts or sub-assemblies using hand tools or automated equipment

  • Operate injection-molding, assembly, or packaging machinery per instructions

  • Measure, count, weigh, inspect, and label materials and finished goods to meet quality requirements

  • Monitor machinery for defects or malfunctions, and report issues promptly

  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance in a clean-room or GMP production environment

  • Follow and accurately document all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

  • Perform mold press operations and quality checks throughout production

  • Read and follow all written and verbal instructions to ensure product accuracy

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy

  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic math and measurement skills

  • Comfortable working in a clean-room or controlled environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
