Position – Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Job Location – Jackson, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift Mon-Fri (6:30am – 3:00pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $26-28 hourly

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Shipping/receiving experience. Experience in a leadership/management role expected; Experience with ISO processes and 5S standards appreciated. Familiarity with Microsoft based products a plus.

As a Shipping Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the shipping department and its employees. The Shipping Supervisor would also be responsible for the inventory and organization of finished goods and work closely with the production manager, production employees, quality, and the front office to ensure customer needs are met in an efficient, productive manner; troubleshooting and communicating as needed to ensure quality parts are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

- Managing, Motivating, Supporting, and Providing Guidance to Shipping Department Employees

- Inventory Control

- Monitoring and Updating System Information to maintain system integrity

- Ensure Finished goods are reported accurately

- Delivering or Picking up parts as needed

Qualifications [3-5 Bullet Points ex: High School Diploma or equivalent]

- Shipping and Receiving Experience

- Experience in a Leadership/Management Role

- Experience with ISO processes and 5S Standards Appreciated

- Familiarity with Microsoft Based Products a plus
