Position – Electrical Assembler
Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $25+ per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As an Electrical Assembler, you'll be a key part of our production team, responsible for wiring and assembling the control panels and electrical components. You’ll work with everything from simple wiring harnesses to complex control cabinets, ensuring every connection is precise and reliable. Your work directly impacts the performance and safety of equipment, making this a vital role in the company.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Assemble and wire control panels, junction boxes, and other electrical components.
- Mount and connect various electrical devices, including motors, sensors, and safety switches.
- Test and troubleshoot assembled units to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve any technical issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrical assembler, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency with electrical tools, such as wire strippers, crimpers, and multimeters.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industrial control systems (PLCs, VFDs) is a plus.
