3rd Shift Direct-Hire Toolmaker
We’re seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our 3rd shift team in Hartford, WI. This role involves building, repairing and maintaining precision tools while working with manual mills, lathes, grinders and hand tools. You’ll collaborate with team members to meet deadlines, uphold quality standards and support continuous improvement within the shop. Job Location – Hartford, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (3rd Shift) – 9:00pm–7:30am, 4–5 nights per week
Starting Pay – $30–$40 per hour + 15% shift premium

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Minimum 3 years
Duties and Functions

Build, repair and maintain tools to meet company and customer standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings.

Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, grinders and related equipment.

Perform inspections using micrometers, gauges and precision measuring tools.

Prepare mold components and materials for assembly and testing.
Qualifications

5+ years of toolmaking experience preferred.

Proficiency programming with WorkNC.

Strong ability to read and interpret CAD models and blueprints.
