Warehouse Worker
Are you a disciplined, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Workers to join our Fond du Lac client’s dynamic team and help ensure that the customers receive their orders on time, every time.
Position – Warehouse worker
Job Location – Fond du lac, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 3rd shift – 10-12 hours
Starting Pay – $16 per hour
Required Experience – Prior warehouse experience is helpful
As a Night Shift Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for accurately, efficiently, and safely fulfilling customer orders and loading products onto delivery vehicles for next-day deliveries. You'll be a vital part of our operation, ensuring high-quality control and maintaining a deep knowledge of our products to meet department goals and keep our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and safely assemble and pre-pick orders from stock.
- Efficiently load cases of product onto delivery vehicles in the proper sequence.
- Operate a forklift to move products as needed.
- Replenish the rack and roller system and label products for correct placement.
- Conduct inventory counts and perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
Qualifications
- You must be able to consistently lift at least 50 lbs.
- You must have basic math and computer skills.
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are self-motivated, disciplined, and have excellent time management skills.
- You can read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and operation/maintenance instructions.
