Utility Worker

Job Title: Utility Worker – 1st Shift

Location: Rosemount, MN

Compensation:

• Pay range: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime opportunities may be available

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

A growing industrial facility in Rosemount is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join the team as a Utility Worker for the 1st shift. This entry-level role provides valuable hands-on experience in an industrial environment, ideal for those looking to start or further their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and organizing inside the plant and shop areas
• Maintain cleanliness around the plant grounds and mobile equipment
• Assist Operators or Mechanics as directed
• Support the receiving dock with material processing tasks
• Carry out additional duties based on capabilities and instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with forklifts or other mobile equipment is preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take direction and learn new skills
