General Labor Position – Immediate Opening

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $18/hour, with eligibility for a $1/hour increase if hired directly based on attendance and performance

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Enjoy weekends off!)

• Duration: Indefinite – Long-term opportunity, temp-to-hire potential

• Location: Germantown, WI 53022

Job Responsibilities:

• Stand throughout your shift to perform rotating tasks:

  1. Use hand tools to clean up welds

  2. Apply adhesive and grit to create non-slip surfaces on ramps

  3. Wipe down and prepare ramps for shipment

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
