Mold Setup Technician

POSITION – Mold Setup Technician.

JOB LOCATION – Manitowoc, WI.

STARTING DATE – Immediate.

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-hire.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – This is a full-time position.

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 6am-4pm, Monday-Thursday. 6am-2pm, Friday.

STARTING PAY – $19-$22/hour.

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE –

Familiar with various hand tools.

Previous experience as a setup person or similar role is preferred.

Good understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics

JOB DUTIES –

Install mold in press, connect electric and/or hydraulic lines to molds. Adjust knock out bars, oil heaters, and electric heat. Set up and operate molding machines to mold thermoset materials.
