Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production & Sanitation Associates. This position is crucial for maintaining our product quality and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.

Job Location – Appleton, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – $17 per hour

Required Experience – Prior food production experience is helpful

Responsibilities

As a Production & Sanitation Associate, your main duties will include:

• Product Preparation: Cutting and scraping mold off of product as required.
• Processing: Operating machinery to cut larger products into smaller, manageable chunks.
• Packaging & Distribution: Manually cutting product out of cardboard barrels and accurately filling 50 lb bags for use in other departments or for customer shipment.
• Sanitation: Performing end-of-shift sanitation, which involves the thorough cleaning of production rooms, tables, floors, and walls using appropriate cleaning chemicals.
• General Support: Assisting with general warehouse cleanup, emptying garbage bins, and cleaning restrooms as needed.
• Flexibility: Being available to assist in other production areas or rooms when required by management.

Qualifications 

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and handle 10–60 lbs consistently throughout the entire shift, every day.
• Endurance: Must be able to stand in one spot for the full duration of your shift.
• Environment: Ability to work comfortably and effectively in a refrigerated work area.
• Willingness to Clean: Comfort with using industrial cleaning chemicals as part of your daily responsibilities.
