Office & Accounting Support Specialist
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office & Accounting Support Specialist to join our growing team! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, excels at both administrative tasks and number crunching, and enjoys being the friendly first point of contact for our company.

Position – Office and Accounting Support Specialist
Job Location – Fond du Lac, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 5:00pm)
Starting Pay – $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Based on experience
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
-Answer incoming calls and scheduling service calls
-Taking payments in office or over the phone
-Date Entry: invoicing, vendor bills, warranty product
-Basic office cleaning
Qualifications
-QuickBooks & Microsoft Suite knowledge
-Accounting Background and HVAC knowledge is a PLUS
-Able to work independently
-Self- motivated
