We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support operations at our production facility in Durand, WI. This full-time role is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking, managing records, and helping keep both office and plant processes running smoothly. Person needs to have experience and knowledge in Accounts Payable and Payroll.

Shift & Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, collect, and organize production paperwork and reports for management review

  • Handle accounts payable tasks, including matching invoices with purchase orders and entering records into spreadsheets

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files

  • Answer phones, direct calls, and provide general office support

  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records

  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, including providing directions for truck drivers

  • Track daily production numbers, update inventory, and compile production and yield reports

  • Process weekly payroll, audit reports, and manage attendance and timecards

  • Support employee benefits administration and ensure records for health, dental, and vision coverage are accurate

  • Assist with compliance tasks such as OSHA logs, licenses, and other regulatory documentation

  • Prepare and distribute shipping and customer samples, including labeling and necessary paperwork

  • Provide general administrative support to plant management and executives as needed

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional and reliable, with attention to detail
