Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, multi-skilled team player to join an assembly department. The ideal candidate brings welding experience along with mechanical or electrical assembly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.

• Use MIG welding techniques to create leak-proof welds (flange/tank welding.)

• Complete grinding and cleanup work as part of the fabrication process.

• Safely operate cranes and plasma cutting equipment.

• Maintain inventory levels of parts and components and anticipate order needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of MIG welding experience is required (ability to pass the weld test.)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.

• Positive team oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and general shop tasks.
