Position – Plant Coordinator
Job Location – Whitehall, WI
Employment Term – Temp-to-Perm
Employment Type – Full-Time
Schedule – Monday to Friday, first shift hours: choose 7 am–3 pm, 8 am–4 pm, or 9 am–5 pm (in-person at the facility)
Starting Pay – $22 per hour or more, based on experience

Required Education – Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Required Experience – Knowledge of accounting practices and Business Central a plus, not required
The Plant Administrator will handle a variety of office duties including phone calls, greeting visitors, managing daily office tasks such as mail and supply orders, maintaining documentation for quality and safety protocols, entering production and shipping results, supporting monthly reports, and serving as a liaison to human resources. Dependable, organized, and proactive individuals who can multitask and enjoy working in a team environment are well-suited for this role.
Responsibilities

Liaison between employees and human resources

Maintain documents for SQF compliance

Prepare and process production, shipping, and quality control results

Support the team with inventory and audits

Participate in safety meetings and maintain related documentation
Qualifications

Strong organization, time management, and teamwork skills

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Willingness to learn, self-motivated

Familiarity with Business Central and accounting practices is helpful
