Position – Production Operator – Team C Day Shift)

Job Location – Woodville, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – Sun, Mon, Tues, rotating Saturday 6:00AM – 6:15PM

Starting Pay – $19 per hour

Benefits – Full benefits package available

Required Education – High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience – Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, basic math, and data entry skills. Prior production or manufacturing experience is a plus. Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Familiarity with measuring tools such as comparators, dial indicators, or gauges is preferred.

 

The Production Operator ensures packaging and assembly operations run smoothly while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role involves operating machinery, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Teamwork, attention to detail, and following established procedures are essential.

 

Responsibilities –

  • Operate and monitor packaging and assembly equipment.

  • Detect, report, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

  • Clear alarms, jams, and sensor issues as needed.

  • Stage and inspect packaging materials and finished products for quality.

  • Perform basic dimensional and visual inspections.

  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

  • Accurately record production data.

  • Support team goals and complete other tasks as assigned.

 

Safety & Cleanliness –

  • Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Wear required PPE, including uniforms, gloves, and hairnets.

 

Qualifications –

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Basic math and data entry/computer skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting during the entire shift.

  • 1–3 years of prior production or manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with measuring tools (comparators, dial indicators, gauges) preferred.
