Position – Production Associate

Job Location – Hudson, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temporary (1 month, potential extension/temp-to-perm)

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Starting Pay – $22-$24 per hour, negotiable based on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED/HSED equivalent

Required Experience – 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical knowledge and measuring ability required. Prior construction or manufacturing experience is a plus. Print reading helpful but not required.

 

The Production Associate will support broach and lapping operations in an entry-level manufacturing role. This position requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and willingness to learn multiple pieces of equipment. Candidates must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing light housekeeping in the work area.

 

Responsibilities –

  • Operate multiple pieces of equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Review job packets for revision levels and in-process inspections.

  • Maintain attention to detail and meet department/company metrics.

  • Perform routine housekeeping and keep work area organized.

  • Touch off tools and assist with equipment setup as needed.

  • Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Complete other duties as assigned.

 

Safety & Work Environment –

  • Work performed on a manufacturing floor.

  • Must be able to stand and bend for up to 8 hours per day.

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

  • Adherence to PPE requirements and safety protocols is mandatory.

 

Qualifications –

  • High School Diploma or GED/HSED equivalent.

  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to operate equipment independently.

  • Mechanical aptitude and measuring skills required.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Print reading experience helpful but not required.
