Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay – $18 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience – Experience in customer service, administrative tasks, or office support. Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and general software applications. Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking are essential. Experience with RMA/accounting systems and shipping software like UPS WorldShip is a plus.
The Customer Support Technician is responsible for managing customer inquiries, returns, and repair requests. This role ensures customers receive accurate and timely information, while supporting internal teams with efficient processing of orders, returns, and related documentation. Strong organization, communication, and follow-through are critical to success.
Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member or department.

Issue return authorizations (RAs) for products needing repair or credit.

Process incoming returns, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

Provide updates to customers regarding repair status, shipping, or other requests.

Contact customers with estimates, payment details, and return instructions.

Enter orders, RAs, credit memos, and repair requests into the company system.

Generate shipping labels and send them to customers electronically.

Coordinate returns and follow up to ensure correct resolution.

Handle credit card transactions and other payment processing accurately.

Assist with additional office or customer support tasks as needed.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong verbal communication skills and professional, friendly demeanor.

Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Experience in customer service, administrative support, or office roles.

Knowledge of RMA systems and shipping software (UPS WorldShip) is helpful.
