Are you a skilled Forklift Driver looking for a stable job with a great team and real room to grow? We're hiring a motivated individual to join our Fond du lac client’s Shipping/Receiving Department and play a key role in the daily operations.

Position – Forklift Operator

Job Location – Fond du lac, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – $20 per hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience in a shipping/forklift role

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading trailers and trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Staging orders accurately and preparing them for delivery.
• Performing general material handling tasks.
• Precisely loading and unloading pallets of various sizes and weights.
• Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications 

• Has proven experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Is a strong team player with a good work ethic.
• Is comfortable working in a shipping/receiving setting.
