Location: Faribault, MN 55021
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Position Overview

This position involves assisting in the production process of high-quality materials using advanced automated equipment. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy and detail, and thrive in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated equipment for material handling (no manual lifting required).
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Use computer systems, HMI controls, and software to run machinery.
• Conduct measurements using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
• Perform soldering and assist in product testing.
• Troubleshoot and respond quickly to minimize downtime.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and software.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented with a desire to produce quality work.
