Position – Production worker
Job Location – Neenah
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $17 per hour
Required Experience – Prior forklift experience helpful, not required
This role is key to our production line, involving the precise handling and processing of metal components. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Measuring and Cutting: Accurately taking raw metal product and measuring it to the correct length.
- Machine Operation: Safely operating machinery to cut the measured material to specification.
- Material Handling: Placing the cut product through a looping process.
- Assembly: Loading the material into a press machine and pressing the components together to form the final product.
Qualifications
- Understanding of reading job order information forms
- Ability to work in a fast-moving industry
- Ability to read and use different measuring tools
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required
