Position – Floater
Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift - Monday thru Thursday 5:30AM to 3:30pm
Starting Pay – $20.00 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 6 months of experience
This position would be a "floater" which would entail learning how to rack parts, how to run the line (both rack and barrel), learning some of water treatment like cleaning the press, and how to dump tanks. I would say that the majority of the role helps out the rackers on the floor but is available when another position calls in or has vacation.

-Packaging finished product
-Eye for quality looking for bad parts
Qualifications
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
-Attention to Detail
-Follow directions
