Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for keeping equipment running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Ripon client's team!

Position – Maintenance Technician

Job Location – Ripon, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st and 3rd shifts available - 12 hour shift, M-Thursday

Starting Pay – $28-$35 based on experience.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring the continuous operation and reliability of our facility's essential equipment. Your duties will include:

• Inspecting, testing, and documenting the condition and performance of various facility equipment.

• Troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment issues.

• Performing hands-on maintenance and repair on a wide range of systems, including:

  • Pumps

  • Conveyors

  • Machine cells

  • Piping

• Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications 

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of prior Maintenance experience in a similar industrial or facility setting.

• Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous documentation skills for logging inspections, tests, and repairs.

• Work Ethic: A strong commitment to safety, quality work, and continuous improvement.
