We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to be the operational backbone for our Plumbing and HVAC client.

Position – Dispatcher / Service Coordinator

Job Location – Kaukauna, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Contract

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) –  1st shift

Starting Pay – $20+ based on experience

Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience in project coordination

As the Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between the customers, the service technicians, and the sales and operations teams. You will expertly manage service schedules, provide essential administrative support for complex projects. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional communication and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician on-call schedules.
• Rapidly assess and prioritize urgent customer needs to ensure timely dispatching
• Act as the primary contact, proactively communicating schedule changes, workload status, and technician issues to supervisors and sales.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily work schedules for service technicians (repairs, PMs, projects) to meet all customer commitments.

Qualifications 

• Must have project coordination experience
• Must be able to multi-task effectively
• Have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• The ideal candidate will be highly organized and perform well under pressure
