Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (2:30pm–12:00am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience

Required Experience – 1+ years in manufacturing preferred
Job Summary
As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will operate mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses (95 Ton–1000 Ton) as well as 5-axis laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal parts. You will be responsible for loading materials, inspecting parts, maintaining accurate counts, and ensuring all production meets safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Load and unload metal materials into press or laser bed.
Position, align, and secure material using fixtures or stops.
Evaluate part quality using check aids and visual inspections.
Tag and route finished parts correctly, ensuring accurate counts.
Track part and scrap counts and enter data at end of job or shift.
Follow all safety guidelines and ISO requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Ability to inspect and evaluate part quality with high attention to detail.
Must meet efficiency expectations while producing cosmetic-quality parts.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and handle repetitive tasks; parts range from 5 lbs. to 35+ lbs.
Strong focus and reliability with consistent attendance.
Ability to follow safety rules and ISO requirements.
Reliable transportation is required.
