Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Baldwin, Wisconsin, USA

Wage: $19.50-$21.50

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts: either 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (day) or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (night)
• Work 3 days one week and 4 days the next, every other weekend off.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring that production has the materials and supplies needed, maintaining inventory and traceability, and supporting the shipping department as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain resin supply levels and readiness according to the production schedule.
• Tag, identify and count supplies and materials.
• Use software/logs to track all materials going to production.
• Maintain warehouse inventories of packaging, resins, components, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods.
• Route supplies and materials to the production floor.
• Occasionally support/backup the shipping department and production operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, mold setting, or production environments (preferred).
